I have 2 new nieces, both born today at the same hospital using the same midwife! My sister, Julie, was due on the 13th, so she was overdue, and my sister-in-law, Jen, isn't due until the 23rd, but this morning around 1:30 AM Jen went to the hospital because she was in labor. She was + for group B strep, so she had to get antibiotics before the baby could be born. While she was resting, my sister Julie was at home. Then her water broke, so she went into the hospital around 3:45 AM. Then at 4:07 Quinci Ann Smith was born. She weighed 8# 4oz. The midwife would have missed the birth completely, but she was there waiting for Jen to have her baby. After Julie had Quinci, Jen was ready to have her baby. The midwife had to hurry and finish everything with Julie, and then she went in and delivered Baby Girl Peterson (no name yet! :)) at 5:06 AM! She weighed 8# 11oz. Everybody is doing great! Both little girls are the 2nd daughter in their families, and the 4 child. They both look just like their older sisters! What a fun day we had!

Happy 64th Grandma (mom) Peterson!! Winni has been singing "Happy Birthday to Grandma" all week, but of course she wouldn't sing it for my mom!!

Today I picked up my niece, McKall, and 2 of her friends. They will be watching my kids while I work for the next 2 days. We made a trip to Wal-Mart tonight to pick up some treats and lunch food. I was also baby-sitting my nephew, Eli. As we were walking through the store I was getting a lot of looks, but I thought nothing of it. Then someone stopped me and asked, "How many kids do you have??" I let her know I have 2, and went on my way. Then as we were leaving the store another person asked me the same question. I guess I looked crazy to a lot of people. I looked like I had 12 year old triplets, then 2 year old twins, and a baby. I think they would have passed out if they knew I was pregnant too!! hahaha I just hope I helped some people realize their life could be more difficult! :)

Lately, we have been getting home and going to bed a little too late! Winni is so tired that she is afraid of her bed. She says there are spiders in her bed. Friday night at 10:30 I was in my room reading scriptures when she came out of her room and said, "Mommy, I lay on the floor." So she layed on the floor outside my room and fell asleep within minutes. The same thing happened the next night, except I was putting things away in the kitchen, so she layed in the entry way by the front door and went to sleep. Last night I needed to put the dogs in, so I told her to lay on the couch, and she did and was out cold! I'm sure I'll regret letting her get away with not going to sleep in her bed, but for now it's kinda cute!

Well, I guess I should have kept that dress that made me look pregnant!!

I wish I had my camera on our walk this morning. I looked down and saw Winni holding Trae's hand and tickling his arm. I looked closer and found Trae passed out with his head on her shoulder. It was priceless!!

I know this picture wasn't this week, but I didn't want to forget this. The day Winni decided to nurse her doll from her belly button! It was so cute!
