Yesterday, while at Target, I decided we needed some outside fun, so we bought chalk! They have never been so entertained!!
Oh, and our patio has never been so colorful, I'm sure!
Today, we headed out to Chestertown, but first we stopped at Walter's work to check out the view from his building. Now I see why we are here!!
We searched and searched along the way for an IHOP! Their strawberry crepes are calling me and I have yet to answer that call. Well, we didn't find one, but we did find Cracker Barrel! I've never been there before. It was really good! Grady was so hungry when we got there that he was ornery as ever! Here he is 'enjoying' a time out. I think his face is so funny!!
Hmmmm...what's that I see? Looks like we almost have a garage!
Oh, and some other walls are ready to go up!

They say we should have a roof by Tuesday!! ahhhhh.....
We also headed down the road from our house about a mile to the marina. I'm very excited to have water so close to us! It's a beautiful view!
We also learned that someone in our neighborhood drives to work by boat! Awesome! So, now we've got to save up for a boat so Walter can get to work faster!

I love to see those smiles. And I love that you put Grady in timeout at the Crackerbarrell. Quinci keeps saying "Ambo?" "Trae?". And I have to say, No Amber and Trae.
You are amazing. I am not sure how you do it all. All the time Walter was gone and in school you carried forward with 3 children, as if it was easy. I know it was hard for you. It was ok to cry when you saw Walter as you knew that he was there to help you now. It has been a long haul to get him through school and all his military activities and to get everyone and everything to Maryland. You are a great supportive, patient, and loving wife.
