Winni has realized that everything has a mommy. Her green plate has a mommy, the green fork, when she goes potty in the toilet she flushes it to go find its mommy, etc. Everything either has a mommy right there, or needs to go find its mommy. Today we found a bug crawling along the hallway, we scooped it up and put it in the toilet. As she flushed it away she said, "Go find your mommy!"

What a handsome little boy!

Tonight at my cousins wedding, this cute little boy was caught chasing the little girls! People were noticing and thought it was cute, until he got a hold of a girl, would go in for an innocent hug, then throw her to the ground! We've got some things to work on!!

Winni is terrified of a lot of things. I'm not exactly sure why, but she is afraid of fireworks, water balloons, rain, monsters, things like that. I've been trying to teach her to not be afraid, and that there are no such things as monsters. I guess today she was trying to be the comforting one. She was holding her baby doll and telling her, "You'll be ok. Your mommy is here! The monsters won't get you!" All very loving things. Then she saw something she wanted, dropped the baby doll and went running!

Every night at the dinner table, we ask our students what they did at school that day. I guess Winni has been listening becuase this morning as Joe came upstairs for breakfast, Winni turned to him and asked, "What to do at school today?"

Lately Winni has been pulling her socks up to her knees and calling them boots, so when I saw boots at Target I knew it was time to get her some! She immediately put them on and wore them out of the store! She has been wearing them ever since, but she did take them off for me at the park today so I could cut them apart! Before we got the boots I picked up a toothbrush for Winni and one for Trae, along with some toothpaste. I stopped for a minute to talk to my friends mom, whom I had run into while shopping. Before I knew it, Winni had opened her toothbrush and the toothpaste. She began brushing her teeth and as we walked away, she spat in the aisle! Good thing no one was looking!

Walter went back to work today! I guess I have to start getting up before 9:30 now! When Winni woke up, the first thing she said was, "Where's my daddy?" It's going to be a long day!!!
