Yesterday I went to my midwife appointment.
I got on the scale as usual.
All of a sudden the scale started giggling. (ok, not really, but it might as well have!)
In the last 6 weeks...I gained...14 LBS!
I guess Trae's comment wasn't too far off! :)

you must be growing a big one. I'd say that 14 is not too much considering the lack of control you have had over your meals. I assume everything is going well in the baby department.
LOL!!! I did that too! It is funny and depressing at the same time! glad you have a baby to share the blame/responsibility with! :)
and by the way...when are you going to get Trae's picture taken, Mandy called yesterday and said they did the Olin Mill picture taken yesterday....so for Alex that would be his 9 month old picture....and we are still waiting for Trae's 3 year old picture....LOL

At least it wasn't a month. Live it up. You've always looked fabulous after you've had a baby (at least since I've known you).
I always have a month in every pregnancy where I gain 10-12 lbs and the midwife always says "What have you been eating?" Nothing changed, it just does that every time! Embrace the one time in your life where you can gain weight, buy bigger clothes because of it, and still have good self esteem ;)
